Step 4: You have to select the source and destination stations.
Step 5: You must now tell the chatbot the number of tickets you want to buy.
Step 6: Check the booking details and click to confirm. If you want to edit tickets you can select the Edit Details option.
Step 7: Select your preferred payment mode to complete the payment.

Step 8: As soon as the payment is done, you will get the QR code of the ticket in the same WhatsApp chat, which you will be able to start the journey by scanning on the scanners installed at the AFC gates.
NOTE: Passengers will be able to book a maximum of 6 tickets at a time via WhatsApp service, and each passenger should have their individual ticket. Apart from this, on the day QR-based tickets are booked, the journey can be done through them only. Also, once at the station, the time limit of 65 minutes will be applicable for the journey.
